receive a full refund less $10.00 processing
fee; cancellations made less than 14 days but
more than 5 days prior to your arrival date will
receive a gift card for the full deposit less a
$10.00 processing fee; cancellations made 5 days
or less from arrival date will result in loss of
deposit with no refund or credit issued.
