We suggest reservations be made as far in advance as possible. A one night's deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Please note: When you make a reservation, you are asking us to turn down other people for those dates. If you should have to cancel, we may not be able to rebook your site, therefore, we must enforce the following cancellation policy: Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund less $10.00 processing fee; cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 5 days prior to your arrival date will receive a gift card for the full deposit less a $10.00 processing fee; cancellations made 5 days or less from arrival date will result in loss of deposit with no refund or credit issued.

TO GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC SITE YOU MUST PAY IN FULL AT TIME OF RESERVATION. BE AWARE THAT EVEN "GUARANTEED" SITES MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. SHOULD THIS HAPPEN, WE WILL MOVE YOU TO A COMPARABLE, AVAILABLE SITE.
