Lake Palestine is centrally located in the forested area of East Texas - far from the hustle and bustle of the big city metroplex systems. The nearest large city is Tyler, Texas, which is about 20 miles northeast of our Lake Palestine location. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is about 100 miles away to the northwest. Jacksonville, Palestine and Athens lie to the south. Longview, Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana, lie to the east.

Lake Palestine Resort is located at 8900 Ruby Lane in Frankston, Texas, which is on Highway 155 South and Boles Road, 16 miles south of Tyler's Loop 323.
