Yes, we are pet-friendly in all units. There is a $50 pet fee.

Cancellations made prior to 14 days prior to arrival will be eligible to receive a full refund less a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit lodging deposit and no refund will be made or credited. Deposits for lodgining damages will be refunded upon cancellation.

Lake Palestine Resort has two properties on Lake Palestine in East Texas.

Our South Property is located in Frankston, TX and includes our marina, Lakeside Grill, boat launch, RV sites, and Lakeside Tiny Homes.

Our North Property is located in Flint, TX and features cabins in a quiet wooded setting with family-friendly amenities and a lakeside meeting facility.

Whether you’re looking for a cabin in the woods, a lakeside tiny home, or a full-hookup RV site, we have options for couples, families, fishing trips, and weekend getaways.

Our two properties offer different experiences:

South Property — Lakeside Tiny Homes, full-hookup RV sites, marina access, restaurant, and entertainment
North Property — cabins in a peaceful wooded setting with family-friendly amenities

We offer a diverse range of accommodations including fully equipped cabins, cozy tiny homes, and full-hookup RV sites. All units come with linens, air conditioning, satellite TV*, and many include kitchenettes. Wi-Fi is also available at the general store.

* Units at our South property include satellite TV, while units at our North property feature smart TVs.

Lakeside Grill at our South Property is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The menu features burgers, sandwiches, fish plates, appetizers, loaded fries, breakfast favorites, and more. We also host live music and karaoke on weekends with lakeside seating and entertainment.

Yes! Lake Palestine is known for great fishing, and Lake Palestine Resort regularly hosts anglers and fishing tournaments throughout the year.

Our South Property features a boat ramp, marina access, fuel dock, live bait, and tournament-friendly parking. Our North Property also offers boat charging stations for guests staying during fishing tournaments and lake trips.

Our South Property marina offers launch ramps, covered boat slips, boat lifts, a floating fuel dock with 24/7 card access, live bait and tackle, and air-conditioned restrooms.

We also offer water rentals including tritoons, pontoons, jet skis, and GoBoats. Whether you’re fishing, cruising, or spending the day on the water, we have options for all kinds of lake days on Lake Palestine.
